The Jacob Wetterling Resource Center, in coordination with Sexual Offense Services of Ramsey County, coordinates and leads the Ramsey County Sexual Assault Protocol Team (RCSAPT), a multidisciplinary team who strives to develop and implement culturally sensitive, victim-centered response protocols and training to improve services to victims of sexual assault in Ramsey County, MN. Technical assistance is provided by the Sexual Violence Justice Institute at the Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault.
